Will has developed his practice focusing on Estate Planning, Probate and Family Law. Setting up estate plans for families is the part of the law that gives the most satisfaction. Will has drafted trusts, wills, and other estate documents for families meeting their specific needs and legacy goals. Will also handles Probate of estates making sure that estates are properly administered in most efficient way possible. In addition to estate planning and probate, Will has extensive experience in Family Law including divorce, child custody matters, dependency and neglect, and adoptions. He has successfully handled matters from Juvenile court to the Court of Appeals. Will also conducts certain business matters focusing on contract negotiation, litigation, and preparation and risk management.

Will's practice area includes the Greater Nashville area with his office conveniently located in Murfreesboro. He's committed on taking the time to research your situation completely and bring about the most effective opportunities ensuring you get a successful outcome. Will is proud recipient of the AVVO client choice award, and has been nominated as one of Tennessee's Top 100 litigators. Will proudly serves as the Municipal Court Judge for the great city of LaVergne, TN. Will is married to his wife, Nikki, and they have 3 children.

Will is an alumni from MTSU with a business administration degree. He has an M.B.A. from Troy University, and a law (J.D.) degree from Nashville School of Law where he graduated in the top third of his class.
